DAT plays a critical role by providing rich, real time data to customers during load booking process. Once a customer selects and books a load—either online or via other supported channels—they can instantly transfer that load into the FreightSmart Transportation Management System (TMS) for dispatching. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, reduces the risk of errors, and ensures a smooth transition from booking to execution; thus streamlines load booking and dispatching process.

By analyzing a customer’s historical load booking patterns, lane preferences, and market trends, the FreightSmart AI recommender intelligently suggests similar lanes and opportunities.
